Commissions

Artwork created for people, places, and stories.

Whether you're looking for a sculpture for your home, a public installation, or a piece that celebrates a meaningful place or experience, I work closely with each client to create artwork that is both personal and lasting.

Drawing on more than twenty years as a Journeyman welder and my contemporary art practice, I combine craftsmanship with reclaimed and natural materials to create one-of-a-kind works that cannot be replicated.

The Process

Commissioning artwork should feel collaborative and enjoyable.

1. Initial Conversation

We'll discuss your ideas, space, inspiration, timeline, and budget.

2. Concept Development

I'll develop sketches or concepts based on our conversation.

3. Creation

Once approved, I'll begin creating your artwork, sharing updates throughout the process when appropriate.

4. Installation or Delivery

Your completed artwork is carefully finished and delivered or installed

What I Can Create

Every commission is unique, but projects may include:

  • Interior feature pieces

  • Public and community artwork

  • Site-specific installations

  • Custom metal sculpture

  • Mixed media artwork

  • Nature-inspired commissions

Why Commission Me?

Every commission is handcrafted in my Alberta studio using professional welding techniques and carefully selected materials.

Many of the materials I work with have lived previous lives, weathered steel, reclaimed objects, handmade paper, natural pigments, and found materials. Their histories become part of the finished piece, creating artwork with both presence and story.

No two commissions are ever the same.

Ready to Start?

If you're considering a commission—or even just exploring an idea—I would love to hear from you.

Together we can create a piece that reflects your space, your story, and your connection to the natural world.
